These Terms of Use apply to your (“you” or “User”) use of skins.universe.com (“skins.universe” or “we” or “our”) in relation to:
- Skins.universe website skins-universe.com (“Website”);
- All products, website features, marketing campaigns, and contests available on the website (the “Service”).
1.1. These Terms also refer to a number of additional documents which also apply to your use of our Services. Certain features of our Services may be governed by additional terms and conditions. In such cases, your use of these features means your acceptance of their specific terms. This includes:
- Our Privacy Policy which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect about you, or that you provide to us.
- Our Cookies Policy which sets out the terms on which we collect and process cookie data
- Our Refund Policy which sets out the rules according to which we provide refunds.
1.2. By creating a SKINS.UNIVERSE account, and using SKINS.UNIVERSE Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use which constitute the legally binding agreement between you and SKINS.UNIVERSE (collectively, the “Agreement”).
1.3. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, we kindly ask you to refrain from using our Service. We are here to provide a transparent and trustworthy service experience, and we value your understanding and cooperation in this regard.
We encourage you to thoroughly review these Terms to ensure You understand the terms and conditions that apply to your access to, and use of the Services. If You have any questions, please contact our Support Service at info@skins-universe.com.

2.1. Service description. SKINS.UNIVERSE provides a platform through which Users can purchase virtual cosmetic items (“skins”) for use inside the Roblox game. Virtual in-game items include Knife, Rifle, Pistol, Gloves, Sniper Rifle, Classic, SMG, Shorty, Frenzy, and Ghost, which represent visual textures of in-game weapons and equipment. These virtual items are provided to the Users through a licensing model that grants them access to use the purchased cosmetic items inside Roblox Studio and compatible in-game environments. By “purchase”, we mean not the actual sale or transfer of ownership, but an agreement to provide the User with a limited license to use specific virtual items inside the Roblox game environment. The integration and activation of these virtual items are performed on the Roblox platform using official Roblox Studio tools and game asset publishing mechanisms. SKINS.UNIVERSE acts as a content distribution service that enables Users to acquire and use virtual cosmetic items within Roblox. SKINS.UNIVERSE is not related to online gambling or payment processing. SKINS.UNIVERSE does not provide any crypto-fiat, fiat-crypto, or other currency exchange services and does not act as a currency exchange. SKINS.UNIVERSE is not affiliated in any way with Roblox Corporation and its affiliates (collectively the “Roblox”). SKINS.UNIVERSE does not claim any rights to the virtual items, which remain the intellectual property of Roblox Corporation. The SKINS.UNIVERSE Service is available through the Website.
2.2. Service Availability. By using Skins.universe you acknowledge and agree that the Service is provided according to its current technological and operational capacity. While we have made reasonable efforts to ensure the continuity and security of the Service, we cannot completely foresee or eliminate all legal, technological, and other risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, force majeure, viruses, hacker attacks, peak demand, system upgrades or maintenance, system instability, flaws in third-party services, government actions, third-party actions, or other factors that may result in service interruptions, data loss, or other risks.
3.1. Eligibility. By using the Website, You covenant, represent, and warrant that (under the Applicable Law and law of Your country of residence) You are of an age of majority in the jurisdiction where You are a resident (at least 18 years of age), and are fully able and legally competent to use the Website, and in doing so will not violate any other agreement to which You are a party.
3.2. Restricted locations. You acknowledge that our Services or any part of it may not be available in all locations and that usage may be restricted in certain areas classified as high-risk or sanctioned, in accordance with international standards and internal policies. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our Services does not infringe on local, national, or international laws or regulations.
3.3. Skins.universe Account. To register a SKINS.UNIVERSE User account (“Account”) and use the Service you must:
- have a registered Steam account;
- sign in to SKINS.UNIVERSE website via your Steam account;
- read and accept these Terms of Use and Refund Policy, and familiarize yourself with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
For the purpose of proper use of the Website, You should sign up on the Website and create an individual account (the “Account”) with Your respective login and password. You are given access to an Account following Your provision of all information required by the Website Owner, authorization by the Website Owner and upon Your successful creation of an Account. You warrant that any and all information provided for the purpose of Your Account creation and/or any other Website use is valid, current, complete and accurate.
3.4. Account security. You are solely responsible for managing your SKINS.UNIVERSE Account, your Steam account and their login credentials, maintaining confidentiality, and restricting access to your SKINS.UNIVERSE Account, your Steam account, and all activities under these accounts. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.
3.5. Suspension for Misrepresentation. You agree to use your Account for your personal use and not transfer it to anyone. We also reserve the right to block your account for the reasons indicated in our AML/CFT/KYC Policy below.
3.6. Account deletion. You may request us to delete your Account by sending us a request on our email: info@skins-universe.com. Upon deletion of your Account, this agreement will be terminated, and you will not be able to use the Service until you register again. In case of disputes (chargebacks) regarding your purchases, we will block your account but keep it for 180 days from your last purchase. If you change your mind about deleting your Account while the account is blocked, please contact our customer support.
4.1. Requirements for all Users.
- be authorized on the website and have all terms and policies accepted;
- not be banned on the our website or Steam;
- keep your inventory public on Steam;
- have an active Steam Guard;
- have a valid trade link.
4.2. Lawful Conduct. You affirm your commitment to conduct yourself lawfully when using our Services, in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to data transfer, data privacy, data security laws, anti-financial crime, and financial sanctions laws and regulations, or securities.
Without restricting the scope of the above, you assure and guarantee that you will not:
- use someone else’s steam account, proof of identity, and Payment Methods;
- interfere, disrupt, inhibit, damage, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Services, or negatively affect other users’ full use of the Services.
- use the Services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money-laundering, terrorist activities, and illegal gambling, or any other types of illegal activities.
- employ any robot, spider, crawler, scraper or other automated means or interfaces not provided by us to access the Services or to extract data.
- encourage or induce any third party to engage in any of the activities prohibited under this Section;
- use any vulnerabilities of the website to receive profit
Your commitment to adhering to these conduct rules ensures the fair and efficient operation of our Services for all users.
4.3. Your Guarantee. You assure and guarantee that:
- you have experience and/or knowledge to deal with virtual items, have a full understanding of their nature and framework, and are aware of all the merits, risks, and any restrictions associated with virtual items, including their purchase and use, as well as the necessary and relevant expertise and knowledge to trade, sell and/or purchase them, and accept the sole responsibility for any decisions made in respect of such items within the Platform;
- you acknowledge and fully agree that all virtual items transfers are final and not subject to a refund or compensation;
- you are solely responsible for reading and understanding all and any terms and conditions of any purchase, sale, or trade conducted on the Platform;
- you are a rightful holder of all the virtual items associated with your Steam ID.

5.1. Reversed transactions. Note, that according to the Steam update (dated 16.07.2025), the transactions with all Counter-Strike virtual items made within 8 (eight) calendar days (“Reverse period”) may be reversed, i.e. the seller or buyer may cancel the transaction. In this case, SKINS.UNIVERSE will return your payment amount for the amount equal to the amount paid for the skin that has been reversed.
5.2. Trade Lock. Some virtual items available on SKINS.UNIVERSE can be marked with Trade Lock. Trade Lock is a time limited restriction on transferring virtual items on the Steam platform. Upon purchasing a virtual item marked with Trade Lock from our platform, the item is assigned to the user and stored on SKINS.UNIVERSE bots (so-called Virtual Inventory). You may request to transfer Virtual Item away from Virtual Inventory by sending us email at: info@skins-universe.com. After 35 days and with a proper notification from SKINS.UNIVERSE, a virtual item stored in Virtual Inventory will expire and shall be refunded to your Skins.universe Trade Balance. The refund amount depends on the item’s price on the day of the item deduction. The deducted virtual items are not refundable.
6.1. Transaction completion. When purchasing a virtual item, you are required to proceed with all the necessary steps required to complete the transaction i.e. to send the trade offer or to accept the trade offer on Steam.
Failure to complete all aspects of the transaction (e.g. declining the trade offer, counter offer, missing the 12 hours deadline for offer confirmation, act of omission) may result in the assessment and deduction of a fine on the final price of the transaction. If a buyer or seller fails to complete the transaction, we may block the User Account for 7 days. Repeated failures to complete transactions may result in the further blocking of the User Account and the deduction of a fine of 4.0% of the final sale price of the transaction from the User that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be at fault.
6.2. SKINS.UNIVERSE is not responsible for:
- trade offers created by a User outside of SKINS.UNIVERSE website regarding the virtual items offered by such User on SKINS.UNIVERSE, including trade offers created without SKINS.UNIVERSE extension;
- any consequences of providing a third party’s Steam API Key, steam LoginSecure and Steam session ID or logins at other platforms;
- any consequences that the creation of multiple trade offers may entail.
7.1. If you haven’t performed any transaction on the website within three consecutive years, your account will receive the “Inactive” status. SKINS.UNIVERSE will notify you of the “Inactive” status by available means. To remove the “Inactive” status, you must complete any transaction (trade) on the Platform.
7.2. If after 30 days after notification, you will not perform any transaction on the website, SKINS.UNIVERSE will delete your account.
8.1. Trade Mode Commission
All prices are automatically set by our system. The price depends on many factors, such as: type of item, its exterior, availability of StatTrak™, popularity among the players, demand on trading platforms, etc.
Our pricing policy is not directly dependent on other sites, including Steam Market.
SKINS.UNIVERSE commission on your items is set separately for each specific case of an exchange, sale, and/or purchase of a virtual item.
SKINS.UNIVERSE commission for the items held on SKINS.UNIVERSE bots varies from 0 to 13% of the declared value of the relevant virtual item and depends on the period of time that the virtual item is held on SKINS.UNIVERSE bots.
SKINS.UNIVERSE commission for sale of virtual items is set out at 7%.
Rare items on SKINS.UNIVERSE may have extra value for the following parameters: valuable stickers, rare float and rare pattern. The value is set automatically by our system and depends on lots of points like: position of a valuable sticker, its rarity and price; the popularity of a rare virtual item among players; uniqueness of the pattern. The exact value can be seen in the item’s information pop-up.

9.1. Please be aware that the Payment Methods have their own terms and policies, including AML/KYC Policies, and may decline or suspend any transactions according to their rules. Any applicable terms and policies of a respective Payment Method shall apply to the processing of payments and should be reviewed and understood by the User before making any transaction.
9.2. SKINS.UNIVERSE is not responsible for any delays in payment and/or actions of the respective payment service provider. The terms and conditions between the Payment Method and the Users who use the payment services are governed by separate agreements and are not subject to these Terms and Conditions.
9.3. If the currency of your payment account is different from the nominated currency, your payment will be converted into the nominated currency at the time of the payment. The conversion rate of your bank will be applied. The respective charged amounts shall be indicated on the respective payment page. SKINS.UNIVERSE is not responsible for the conversion rates set by payment institutions.
. AML/CFT/KYC Policy
To ensure a secure environment and comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those of the European Union, SKINS.UNIVERSE applies anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CFT) measures.
Our platform employs automated anti-fraud systems to identify suspicious activities, unusual transaction patterns, and access from high-risk jurisdictions.
10.1. Transaction monitoring and supervision. We analyze all activity and transactions of the Users on our Platform, looking for suspicious and unusual behaviors, and take appropriate measures subject to our sole discretion. The list of suspicious activities is determined solely by SKINS.UNIVERSE and includes, but is not limited to:
- attempts to hide identity, the use of outdated, false, someone else’s documents, as well as refusal to provide documents, confirm identity upon request;
- the use of someone else’s Payment Methods and refusal to prove the ownership;
- the use of multiple accounts;
- the use of the Platform’s vulnerabilities and bugs;
- third party’s claim regarding the User’s transaction (chargeback, dispute);
- illegal activity, and breach of the Terms of Use.
10.2. If we find your activity suspicious, find out or reasonably believe that the User is in a breach of the Terms of Use, we may undertake the following actions subject to our discretion without prior notice:
- refuse or suspend a trade/transaction;
- blocklist User’s Payment Method;
- initiate an additional KYC procedure;
- block the User’s Account.
A User can appeal our decision to Customer Support. We will investigate the case. We may request additional information to unblock a User Account. Following our instructions is mandatory to unblock the User Account and/or cancel other measures.
The measures may still be in force as long as reasonably necessary for investigating a particular case.
10.3. SKINS.UNIVERSE shall not be liable to any User for any damage or loss (direct, indirect, actual, consequential, incidental, special or otherwise), including loss of revenue, profits and/or virtual items resulting from the measures undertaken by us against any User due to alleged violation of these Terms of Use or other applicable terms, policies, and regulations by the User.
10.4. Verifications. Depending on the situation, we may request the user identity verification and proof of income verification.
User identity verification (KYC) is required in the following cases:
- prior to any withdrawal of funds;
- if a user’s behavior is flagged as suspicious by our internal systems.
The verification process includes submission and validation of identity documents.
Depending on the situation, we may request the information or documents, including but not limited to: first and last name, ID document (i.e., passport) number, copy of ID document, picture of a User holding an ID document, photo of bank card partly covered, phone number, video of your face, utility bill.
Depending on the situation, we may also request the documents of source of your funds and/or wealth and the following information or documents, including but not limited to: bank statement, tax declaration, pay slips, documents proving the receipt of inheritance, sale of property documents.
10.5. Sanctions. Individuals from sanctioned countries and territories and sanctioned individuals are restricted from using the paid Service.
10.6. Payment security. We guarantee the security of bank card payments. The processing center meets the international PCI DSS requirements to provide secure treatment of the payer’s bank card details.
10.7. Cooperation with authorities. We cooperate with the public or third parties’ authorities and/or third parties concerning the investigation of any suspected or alleged crime or civil wrong. SKINS.UNIVERSE may provide the necessary information in response to legal requests, establish or exercise its legal rights, or defend against legal claims. SKINS.UNIVERSE shall not be liable for using or disclosing such information to third parties.
More specific measures are confidential and for internal use only to prevent their use by the Users for fraudulent and dishonest actions.

11.1. Proprietary Rights. The SKINS.UNIVERSE Platform, SKINS.UNIVERSE Extensions, all their content, including, but not limited to, names, logos or slogans, translations, custom graphics, button icons, scripts and texts of the documents constitute the intellectual property of SKINS.UNIVERSE. You must not copy, imitate, sell, license, publish, adapt, edit, reverse engineer, decompile, derive source code from, or create derivative works from any intellectual property of SKINS.UNIVERSE.
Any logos, artworks, and other intellectual property objects, presented on the Platform and Extensions belong to their respective owners. There are no implied licenses to use them unless otherwise stipulated by the owner in writing. Any unauthorized use is an infringement sanctioned by the applicable legislative framework.
12.1. Disclaimer. The platform, extensions, and services are provided “as is” or “as available” and neither skins.universe nor any of its affiliates, business partners, contractors, licensors, content providers (not including user), service providers, shareholders, employees, personnel, officers, directors, agents or other representatives (collectively, “representatives”) make any representations or warranties as to the results to be obtained from use of the services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, we specifically disclaim any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to uninterrupted or continuous availability of services, implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and/or non-infringement as to our services, including the information, content and materials contained therein.
SKINS.UNIVERSE does not make any representations or warranties:
- That access to the website, any part of the services, or any of the materials contained therein, will be continuous, uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, and
- That there are no viruses or other harmful components on the platform, and
- That the website is completely secure or invulnerable to cyber attacks, and
- That the website and services will be completely safe from all forms of unauthorised access, manipulation or interference.
SKINS.UNIVERSE shall not be liable for any damage or interruptions caused by any computer viruses, spyware, scareware, trojan horses, worms, or other malware that may affect your computer or other equipment, or any phishing.
16. Limitation of liability
13.1. SKINS.UNIVERSE liability. Liability of SKINS.UNIVERSE and its Representatives to you or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the actual amount of loss or damage which is caused directly and is reasonably foreseeable by our breach of these terms, and shall in no event exceed the aggregate amount of 3000 GBP. Such sum shall be paid by us to you in full and final settlement and satisfaction of ours and any of our Representatives’ entire liability for any and all losses and claims, howsoever arising, from the relevant breach. You acknowledge and agree that neither SKINS.UNIVERSE not its Representatives is aware of any special circumstances pertaining to you, and that damages are an adequate remedy and that you shall not be entitled to any other claims or remedies at law or in equity, including but not limited to, any claim in rem, injunction, and/or specific performance.
13.2. Limitation of liability. In no event shall skins.universe or its representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special damages, or any other damages of any kind, including, but not limited to,
- Any loss of use, loss of profits or loss of data, whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence) or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of or inability to use our services, including without limitation any damages caused by or resulting from:
- any risks identified in the risk warning as updated from time to time;
- any inaccuracy, defect or omission of price data, any error, delay or interruption in the transmission of such data;
- any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from a force majeure event, communications failure
- the theft, destruction or unauthorised access to a device enabled to access and use SKINS.UNIVERSE services;
- closing an inactive account after all precautions and notifications were made;
- inability to contact user using the contact information you provided;
- Any loss of, or damage to, reputation or goodwill; any loss of business or opportunity, customers or contracts; any loss or waste of overheads, management or other staff time; or any other loss of revenue or actual or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect;
- Any loss of use of hardware, software or data and / or any corruption of data;
13.3. Third-party services. While using our Services, you may encounter Third-Party content or services. We do not control, endorse, or adopt any Third-Party content (unless expressly stated by us) and are not responsible for it, including material that may be misleading, incomplete, erroneous, offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable. Any business dealings or correspondence with third parties are solely between you and those third parties. We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage resulting from such dealings. You understand that your use of Third-Party content and interactions with third parties are at your own risk.
SKINS.UNIVERSE is not responsible for the use of such third-party content or service and claims no responsibility for the content, privacy procedures and policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that SKINS.UNIVERSE will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, materials, information or services available on or through any such websites or services.
17. Miscellaneous provisions
14.1. Amendments. We may modify, suspend our website, Extensions, Services, and their content, provide new capabilities and make changes to this Agreement from time to time without prior notification. We may do this for various reasons, including changes in or requirements of the law, new features, changes in business practices, and/or any other reason. You agree to the revised Agreement if you continue to use the Service after the changes become effective.
14.2. No waiver. No failure by SKINS.UNIVERSE to notify you of any breach or exercise of any rights shall be deemed a waiver thereof at the same or at any prior or subsequent time.
14.3. Severability. If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid and/or unenforceable under any statute, regulation, ordinance, legislation, or by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction, then such provision shall be deemed reformed or deleted but only to the extent necessary to comply with the such statute, regulation, ordinance, arbitrator, or court, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14.4. Force Majeure. Neither Party will be in breach of this Agreement for any failure or delay in performance caused by reasons beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, armed conflict, terrorism, embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labour disturbance, unavailability of or interruption or delay in telecommunications or third-party services, or malware attacks or hackers.
14.5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction. Provision of the Service and all inquiries relating to the construction, validity, enforcement, and interpretation of these Terms of Use and the Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced under the laws of United Kingdom. In the event of a dispute, the User must send a claim to SKINS.UNIVERSE. The claim must describe the nature and basis of the conflict. If the claim is not resolved within 60 days, the Parties may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country whose laws are applicable subject to this article.
You agree to bring claims against SKINS.UNIVERSE, where permitted under the applicable law, only in your capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.
14.6. Support. We provide customer support service via email,- Customer Support working hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. It is forbidden to use obscene language, words, and/or expressions of an obscene, offensive nature, threats, or actions in the communication with SKINS.UNIVERSE representatives.
